Welcome to the web page for our lovely, rural Bedfordshire villages and their Churches.

Our Church buildings have centuries of history, our faith has Christ as it foundation and the people who centre their worship lives in these churches try to live their faith in the twenty-first century ever mindful of the history & living tradition within which they live.

It is our aim to serve all the communities around us. We have a regular monthly services for the elderly at Orchard Lodge, the local residential home.

We have a rapidly growing youth club called KK@serious-fun! for our teenagers and that meets every Thursday in term time in the Cadet hut on Peddars Lane, Stanbridge at 7 pm. and the Vicar goes in to all the village schools on a regular basis.

If you live in the parishes the Vicar is most happy to discuss weddings and baptisms with you. The office hour for a phone call is Tuesdays between 10 and 11 am.

You are welcome to browse these pages to find how to get to us, the times of our services and to catch up on news and events.

The Parishes belong to a wider group of rural villlages called the North Chilterns Group of Parishes in the Dunnstable Deanery and are all Church of England churches.

Perhaps you are on holiday?
We welcome visitors from any of the local churches and of any denomination. All full members of sister churches are welcome to share in Holy Communion with us or come to the rail for a blessing.

Each village has its own Parish Church. In Totternhoe it is named for St Giles of Provence. In Stanbridge for St John the Baptist and in Tilsworth for All Saints. We will make you very welcome.

The Reverend Janet Spicer

As there are three parishes and only one priest serving them we have to rationalise our services.
